The GEF offers Mini and Extended Grants. We welcome applications from a variety of non-profits that provide educational programming to Groton residents.

Mini Grants 

Mini grants -- up to $500 are awarded twice a year.

Extended Grants

Extended grants -- up to $5,000, for larger projects, are awarded twice a year.

"Drums Alive" engaged elementary students in physical and musical activities that involved a variety of learning styles. The focus was on creative expression, reducing stress and, in turn, enhancing learning.
